If you wish to return an item due to simply change of mind then please notify us within seven days of receipt of goods. We will be happy to refund or credit you, but unfortunately can not pay for the return delivery costs as this would be your responsibility. We are not responsible for returned packages/postage that do not reach us. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Once goods have been returned to us and checked then the process of refund/credit will be issued.
With regards to Bespoke or Special Orders (Made to Measure) regrettably we are unable to offer a refund or return after goods have been ordered.
