You must retain your invoice as proof of purchase in the event of any queries regarding your goods.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require a 50% deposit to secure your order with the remaining 50% balance settled prior to delivery / collection.
REFUNDS / CREDIT NOTES
A full refund will only be given if your goods are shown to be faulty. If the goods are found to be unsuitable due to size or any other reason a credit note may be issued at the discretion of the management.
DAMAGES
All goods should be checked at the point of delivery and collection. We do not accept any responsibility for damage after a 24 hour period.
CARE OF GOODS
Solid hardwoods are selected for their natural beauty and characteristic appearance.
Wood is a unique natural product and as such no two pieces are identical in grain and colour.
Many woods despite perfect seasoning and drying will continue to have some movement, mainly caused by atmospheric conditions of damp, humidity or excessive dryness.
This is a natural phenomenon and will normally settle. To keep your wooden furniture in a perfect condition you will need to provide continuous care in the way of Danish / teak oiling or beeswaxing depending on the item.
Always ensure that spillages are wiped away immediately. Try and use placemats and coasters regulary to prevent damage from hot items such as cups and plates.
Wooden furniture will endure most temperatures in a modern home, however always place items away from direct heat sources such as radiators.
Please note that wooden furniture subjected to direct or indirect sunlight may cause the colour to change over a period of time.
GUARANTEE / REPAIRS
Most goods carry a six – month guarantee for faulty manufacture. If within this period your furniture develops a fault as a result of manufacture, then we will repair, exchange or replace the item to the same value.
